Graduation day. 15.07.14.
I graduated just over a week ago, and I still can’t believe that my time at university is over. However, it was the best day of my life. I graduated with a 1st, and won both of the departmental awards for the highest degree and dissertation.
I already miss university more than I can say. Most people miss their housemates, or their weekly social. I miss my lectures, my lecturers, and essays. I miss my academic life.
I want to learn forever, please.

I can’t believe it has been almost a week since I handed in my dissertation. I may have cried (a lot) as I realised that my university life was over. I’m gonna miss everything about uni. My degree was my life.
Just over 3 weeks until graduation. And then it is officially goodbye.
Well, technically, it’s not goodbye just yet. But today was my final day of the semester. I still have a hand-in day on Monday and a 4 week extension on my dissertation.
I’m really sad to finish. I love university. My education has always been very important to me and unfortunately meant that I got picked on at school - because apparently being intelligent makes you a loser. I have loved my time here, particularly this last year.
I was quite emotional on Wednesday when I left my last lecture. I walked out of the building and through campus and felt absolutely distraught. Picture The O.C where Ryan stays behind at the Cohen house to say goodbye. I also received an email from my university congratulating me on the fact that I will soon be a member of the alumni, which set me off again.
Being an undergrad has been amazing and if I had the funds, I’d stay at uni for another couple of years. Unfortunately, as of July 15th I will say goodbye to my education, my wonderful university and some of the best years of my life.
Over the next 4 weeks I’m going to spend time on campus and enjoy basking in the atmosphere, soaking it all in for the final time.
